Every child deserves the chance to play baseball.

My son Drew has been involved with MLAZ since 2015. Since that time my wife Tara and I have made MLAZ a huge priority in our family’s life. Drew plays during each of the three seasons, on every Tuesday and Thursday nights. We often say our vacations are planned during the off seasons.

Baseball has always been a huge part of our lives, ever since Drew was born he was attending MLB games in a baby bjorn. With Drew having special needs MLAZ has become a second home for us, and for that we are very grateful.

I grew up in Oregon and graduated from Oregon State University and have made Scottsdale, Arizona my home since 2000. I am honored to be a part of the Board and look forward to expanding MLAZ and making sure more “differently-abled” athletes have a chance to play baseball.
