LEE FRALEY

Lee Fraley is a partner at the law firm of Snell & Wilmer, and he offers clients a unique blend of intellectual property counseling, and a substantial portion of Lee’s practice involves negotiating and counseling his clients with regard to litigation/dispute resolution as well as transactional matters such as acquisitions, venture-capital/financing and related due diligence, and negotiating research and development, licensing and other commercialization agreements.  Lee has handled these types of matters for clients in a variety of industries, with particular emphasis in electronics and semiconductors, medical devices, software, telecommunications, IT and cloud-based networking and services, gaming, retail/franchising, sports and entertainment, music, renewable energy, autonomous vehicles, social media and media law.  Lee has been on the board of various charities in Phoenix including Rosie’s House, Crisis Nursery, Arizona Sports & Entertainment Commission, and now has found a true passion with the Miracle League of Arizona, relying on his network built over the years to help grow MLAZ’s mission and provide greater opportunities to even more deserving athletes!
